Netherlands:
The minimum order amount is € 195.00
Our delivery costs are € 12.50 for orders up to € 495.00
Above this amount, we do not charge delivery costs.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered to the specified destination the next day. Of course, we also offer the option for you to pick up your orders from us (without shipping costs). You can visit our warehouse by appointment for this purpose.

Belgium:

What to Do in Case of Breakage?

We use special packaging to ship your order as safely as possible. If, despite our efforts, breakage occurs when you receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us clear photos of the item and the packaging by email, along with a description. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you immediately.
